GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

ARTICLE 1 – SELLER IDENTIFICATION

ARTICLE 2 – PRODUCTS 

Our products are made to order. The images shown on the site are representative, but slight color variations may occur depending on your screen. Each item is produced after your order has been confirmed.

ARTICLE 3 – PRICES 

Prices are stated in euros, all taxes included (TTC). We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, it being understood that the applicable price is the one in effect at the time of the order.

ARTICLE 4 – ORDERING AND PAYMENT 

Orders are placed directly on our website. Payment is due immediately upon ordering. We accept the following payment methods: credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Cartes Bancaires), Apple Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal.

ARTICLE 5 – PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY 

Orders are produced within 2 to 7 business days, then shipped. Delivery times are then 5 to 10 business days depending on the destination. A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order ships. We cannot be held liable for delays beyond our control.

ARTICLE 6 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL 

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason. To exercise it, contact us at lorenzo@roadworkclub.com, indicating your order number. Return shipping costs are at your expense. Exception: personalized products made according to your specifications are excluded from the right of withdrawal (Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code).

ARTICLE 7 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS 

In the event of a defective item or an error on our part, contact us within 30 days of receipt with supporting photos. We will proceed with a replacement or a full refund. Returns for personal convenience are not accepted for made-to-order items.

ARTICLE 8 – LEGAL WARRANTIES 

In accordance with Articles L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

ARTICLE 9 – MEDIATION 

In the event of an unresolved dispute, you may make free use of a consumer mediator. We are members of the following mediation service:
