Return and Refund Policy

Our products are made to order and customized specifically for each order. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind reasons.

Defective product or production error 

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are committed to offering you a replacement or a full refund. To arrange this, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at: lorenzo@roadworkclub.com, attaching a photo of the issue.

Order not received If your order has not arrived within the stated timeframe, contact us and we will do what is necessary to resolve the situation.

Right of withdrawal In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
